1. The theme was Steampunk & Dragons.

2. It was encouraged that deviantART stocks/resources be used for this contest. (But was not compulsory.)

3. Only ONE submission per deviant.

4. Either Traditional or Digital mediums (no AI)

5. 1 Overall Winner & 1 Winner for each category (plus a people's choice)

6. Judges should take into consideration the use of dA stocks/resources & the interpretation of the theme.

7. When Judges have selected their choices for the winners, they need to send them in note form to me aka Bnspyrd to tally up & announce.

8. Distribution of all prizes will follow in due course. (Please refer to original contest journal for more info.)
